ICD-10 help has been around longer than the codes

We may have only been using ICD-10 codes for the past two and half months, but people have been answering ICD-10 questions for much longer.

Melanie Endicott points out there are many resources to help medical coders figure out how to properly assign ICD-10 codes. She also reminds us that the ICD-10-CM/PCS code sets have been frozen for years. But they thaw out Oct. 1, 2016, with a bunch of revisions and upgrades.
